Leo XIV has named the homosexual activist Michael Saporito, 64, Bishop of Metuchen, New Jersey (September 15). Monsignor Saporito, 64, is currently auxiliary bishop of Newark. Here is an example of what I mean: the Pope has appointed a new bishop for Terni, Italy—in addition to appointing the infamous Bishop Saporito to the See of Metuchen. Here is what the traditionalist blog *Messainlatino* says about him: "Our sources inform us that the appointment of Monsignor Alfonso Raimo—currently Auxiliary Bishop of Salerno-Campagna-Acerno—as the new Bishop of Terni-Narni-Amelia will be announced shortly. We understand that he is the rector of the Church of San Giorgio Martire in Salerno, where the traditional Holy Mass is celebrated and where he has also delivered homilies, and that he holds 'orthodox' positions regarding doctrine." I am certain that Gloria.tv will publish an article defaming this bishop, claiming he said something "synodal," met with Protestants, or something similar. This amounts to discrediting the Church.
